CORRECTED:

• New Client information could not be added to a property record and opening the Client Window subsequently prevented Company information from being displayed until CC was re-started. Corrected - Thanks Jerry.

• 2012 appraisal templates that contain updated USPAP references, updated footnotes, expanded HBU language, and expanded Sales Comparison language.

OPEN:

• One Beta tester reported that data on the Improvements tab was sometimes lost. This problem could not be reproduced and appears to have been addressed. We will continue to monitor.

• Silent crash could occur when updating a doc under a special combination of conditions - corrected
• Some Beta-testers reported that Company information and Client list could "disappear" when working in CC. This appeared to occur after a document was updated in Narrative Builder. The information would be restored when CC was re-started. This problem could not be reproduced, but additional precautions were taken to prevent this from occuring.
• There were reports of comparables being sometimes "dropped" from the Subject when a narrative was assembled. When this happened comparables had to be re-associated with the subject. Corrected
• Web Resources links updated for Census Data and USPAP
